ADT Instructor Assistant
Part TimeThe High 5 Trident ADT program Instructor Assistant plays a key role in supporting clients through personalized instruction assistance, care, and advocacy within the Trident ADT Program. This role is responsible for understanding and utilizing client information to ensure safe, goal-oriented, and person-centered support. This position requires close collaboration with ADT instructors, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care and promote client independence and individual success.
The Instructor Assistant works as part of an integral team to strengthen the Trident ADT program and the community. This role requires a candidate that is enthusiastic and energetic; displays great customer service; exudes creativity, can solve problems quickly, and is able to multi-task in an adaptive classroom setting. The Instructor Assistant role will collaborate closely with the Lead Instructor to support the learning objectives of the program and is under direct supervision of the ADT Site Director and ADT Regional Director.

The instructor works as part of an integral team to benefit the Trident ADT program and the community. This role requires enthusiastic energy, customer service, creativity, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Lifeguard
Part TimeThe Lifeguard will help support and maintain safety throughout the aquatics area. Lifeguards will assist in the maintenance of the filtration systems to keep all the water in the pools at High 5 chemically balanced. A lifeguard should know and be able to execute the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), build relationships with customers and continually maintain and be an example of High 5’s mission and core values under the philosophy of High 5’s standards and expectations. The Lifeguard staff will assist with light maintenance of the aquatic area including the concession area from the building door to the grass area behind the dive dry land area.
Facility Maintenance Team
Part TimeAs a Facility Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will report to the Maintenance Director, coordinating your efforts to uphold operational standards and respond promptly to maintenance issues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role is a full or part time position.
After School Mentor
Part TimeUnder the direct supervision of High 5 Site Director, the After School Mentor role exists to support the After School program. The Mentor is responsible for helping to maintain a safe, clean site, ensuring a high level of quality programming and working to establish and build strong, meaningful relationships with all program participants, their families and High 5 staff. A Mentor will exhibit positive role model qualities in all aspects of their interactions and will continually maintain and be an example of High 5’s mission and core values under the philosophy of High 5’s standards and expectations.
After School Site Director
Part TimeUnder the direct supervision of the High 5 Regional Director, the After School Site Director is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean site, ensuring a high level of quality programming and working to establish and build strong, meaningful relationships with all program participants, their families and High 5 staff. The After-School Mentor will exhibit positive role model qualities in all aspects of their interactions and will continually maintain and be an example of High 5’s mission and core values under the philosophy of High 5’s standards and expectations.
Swim Instructor
Part TimeThe Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching young children through adults how to swim. This role will have knowledge and be able to swim all four of the swimming strokes (Freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke). They should be able to use different techniques and approaches to teach the participants how to swim. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for maintaining records for each swim participant, filling out skill sheets and creating certificates for each participant. They should have a plan to keep the children active in the classes making learning fun. This person should have a high level of time management skills, be well organized and can plan without a lot of supervision. This person should be motivated and can think on their feet. Should be able to make decision and answer questions from parents with confidence. This person should be able to execute the vision and mission of the organization.
Member Services Team
Part-time and Full-timeBe the welcoming face of High 5! As a Member Services Team Member, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for families, support all programs, and keep our front desk running smoothly. Member Services acts at the center of all High 5 programs. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic and exhibits excellent customer service and multitasking skills. Bilingual (Spanish and English) encouraged, and expertise in sales and/or basic marketing preferred. This role is full-time Monday- Friday (1PM - 9PM), with occasional rotating Saturdays (8AM – 2PM).
