Leadership Team Retreat
The BSAC Leadership Team recently met for a two-day retreat in preparation for our best year yet! All departments came together for team bonding exercises, communication strategies, and of course, a little fun. New and veteran employees alike gained valuable coaching and training in addition to insight into the organization’s long-term vision.
On the first day, our team brought out their competitive sides at CQ Tactical. Leaders split up into groups to create team names and strategize winning methods for laser tag and an escape room. Everyone worked together towards a common goal and fulfilled specific roles on their team. Although these activities were fun and encouraged team bonding, the experiences were relatable to how we interact and work together in the workplace.
On the second day, our leadership team met at an offsite location to discuss key goals and identify strategic planning methods. Each department’s success plays a crucial role in reaching the company’s long-term vision. Plus, it was an excellent opportunity to talk about areas that need improvement and create solutions.
