Moulin signs letter of intent to play Tennis for Alabama

Joe E. Newsome High School senior Kylie Moulin, at age 7, learned to play tennis at the Osprey Club tennis courts in FishHawk Ranch by Newland Communities. Training for the past eight years at the Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center in Brandon, Moulin was at BSAC on Nov. 18 to sign her letter of intent to accept a full-ride scholarship to The University of Alabama and play tennis for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

“We heard BSAC had probably the most premier tennis coaches in the area and youth tournaments sanctioned through the United States Tennis Association (USTA), and that’s what we wanted,” said Moulin’s mother, Christy. “It went from being more recreational and fun to wanting a more serious tennis program.”

At BSAC “we work hard and it’s very serious but we can still have fun at the same time,” added Kylie Moulin. It’s like being part of a big family.”
