Mask Creating at Fishhawk

By using paper plates, construction paper, stencils, and markers the students were able to enjoy creating their very own masks. Some of the students decided to take a more creative approach and draw their own design for the mask on paper and cutting it out while others choose to be creative by choosing a mask stencil and coloring it in their own way. After each of the masks was designed and cut out the students attached them to a popsicle stick so that they were able to hold the mask over their face and show it to their friends. After the activity, the students were able to keep their new piece of art and take it home as a reminder of the memories made today!
