Adult Day Training (ADT) Program:

At High 5, Inc., we are proud to provide dynamic, meaningful programming for adults (22+) with unique abilities through our Adult Day Training (ADT) Program.

Designed with purpose and care, the ADT Program empowers participants to explore their interests and build life skills through engaging activity centers, structured curriculum-based learning, adaptive sports and recreation, and hands-on community volunteer opportunities. Every experience is tailored to support individual needs while encouraging growth, independence, and connection—both within the program and throughout the broader community.

Our team is dedicated to understanding each student and making accommodations to support individual learning styles.

WHAT WE DO:

Our curriculum is as diverse as the people it serves. Every activity, every lesson, and every experience is designed with one purpose in mind: helping each participant grow into the fullest version of themselves.

  • Everyday Life Skills: From managing personal finances to navigating daily routines, participants build practical skills that support greater independence and confidence in everyday living.
  • Socialization & Inclusion: Through structured group activities and peer engagement, participants develop meaningful relationships, strengthen communication skills, and experience the joy of true belonging.
  • Community Impact: Participants step beyond our walls to connect with, contribute to, and make a difference in the broader community — because everyone deserves the chance to leave their mark on the world around them.
  • Arts & Social Enterprise: Whether painting, crafting, performing, or creating, participants explore their creativity while developing skills that can translate into real-world opportunities and personal expression.
  • Sports & Recreation: From team sports to individual activities, participants stay active, build coordination, and discover the confidence and camaraderie that comes from friendly competition and play.
  • Health & Wellness: Participants learn to understand and care for their bodies and minds through fitness, nutrition awareness, and wellness practices that promote a healthier, happier life.
