The Trident ADT Program Instructor at High 5 plays a key role in supporting clients through personalized instruction, care, and advocacy within the Trident ADT Program. This role is also responsible for understanding and utilizing client information to ensure safe, goal-oriented, and person-centered support. This position requires close collaboration with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care and promote client independence and success. The instructor works as part of an integral team to benefit the Trident ADT program and the community.  This role requires enthusiastic energy, customer service, creativity, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Member Services acts at the center of all High 5 programs. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic and exhibits excellent customer service and multitasking skills. Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English), and expertise in sales and/or basic marketing preferred. This role is part-time Monday- Friday (4PM-9PM), with rotating Saturdays (8AM – 2PM). This Regional Director position is a year-round, full-time, salaried position that exists to lead in our After School program and our Summer Camp Program. The Regional Director role is a high impact position and is responsible for ensuring high quality programming, building strong, meaningful relationships with families, school administration, and the surrounding community. This role identifies opportunities for growth and improvement within the region of schools and is a problem solver with a committed to execute High 5’s vision of superior programming. The Regional Director position requires an active Child Care Directors Credential.

Under the direct supervision of the High 5 Summer Camp Director, the Summer Camp Mentor plays a key role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming camp environment. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized site, delivering high-quality, engaging programming, and building strong, positive relationships with campers, families, and fellow High 5 staff.

The Summer Camp Mentor serves as a positive role model, leading by example in every interaction. Through enthusiasm, teamwork, and intentional care, the Mentor actively reflects High 5’s mission and core values while upholding the organization’s standards and expectations to ensure an exceptional camp experience for all.

As a Facility Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will report to the Maintenance Director, coordinating your efforts to uphold operational standards and respond promptly to maintenance issues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role is a full or part time position.
