This position oversees multiple elementary after-school sites during the school year and summer camp programs during the summer months, ensuring consistently high-quality programming across all locations.

The Regional Director builds and maintains meaningful relationships with families, school administrators, staff, and the surrounding community while serving as a key ambassador for High 5. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the region, proactively problem-solving, and executing High 5’s vision of exceptional, child-centered programming.

Candidates must hold an active Child Care Director’s Credential.

High 5 Summer Camp Mentor

Part Time

Under the direct supervision of the High 5 Summer Camp Director, the Summer Camp Mentor plays a key role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming camp environment. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized site, delivering high-quality, engaging programming, and building strong, positive relationships with campers, families, and fellow High 5 staff.

The Summer Camp Mentor serves as a positive role model, leading by example in every interaction. Through enthusiasm, teamwork, and intentional care, the Mentor actively reflects High 5’s mission and core values while upholding the organization’s standards and expectations to ensure an exceptional camp experience for all.

High 5 Lifeguard

Part Time
The Lifeguard will help support and maintain safety throughout the aquatics area. Lifeguards will assist in the maintenance of the filtration systems to keep all the water in the pools at High 5 chemically balanced. A lifeguard should know and be able to execute the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), build relationships with customers and continually maintain and be an example of High 5’s mission and core values under the philosophy of High 5’s standards and expectations. The Lifeguard staff will assist with light maintenance of the aquatic area including the concession area from the building door to the grass area behind the dive dry land area.

High 5 Facility Maintenance Team

Part Time

As a Facility Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will report to the Maintenance Director, coordinating your efforts to uphold operational standards and respond promptly to maintenance issues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role is a full or part time position.

High 5 After School Site Director

High 5 Swim Instructor

Part Time
The Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching young children through adults how to swim. This role will have knowledge and be able to swim all four of the swimming strokes (Freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke). They should be able to use different techniques and approaches to teach the participants how to swim. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for maintaining records for each swim participant, filling out skill sheets and creating certificates for each participant. They should have a plan to keep the children active in the classes making learning fun. This person should have a high level of time management skills, be well organized and can plan without a lot of supervision. This person should be motivated and can think on their feet. Should be able to make decision and answer questions from parents with confidence. This person should be able to execute the vision and mission of the organization.
